The You Project Blueprint has been optimized to generate incredible results whether you're training in a full commercial gym, or training at home, but some dumbbells, barbells and machines are required to get you the results.

What if I’m skinny fat and I need to get rid of my belly?

This program has been designed for people JUST like you!

We will give you routines that will target problem areas (love handles, beer belly, man boobs), you'll also be adding SHAPE to the right areas (arms, shoulders, chest, back, legs).

This is not a bodybuilding or a “bro split” program. It´s designed to make your body athletic and a fat-burning machine.

Do I need to be ready to train 2 hours a day and 6 days a week?

Absolutely not! The workouts are designed to get you in and out of the gym in about 45 min, 3 days per week.

Do you oversee my actual workout program and nutrition plans?

Yes. I will be monitoring everything you're doing from my end.

I will track your workouts, your nutrition, your calories, your steps, your sleep. Everything to hold you accountable and make sure you´re on track.

How long does your program last?

Minimum 12 weeks, but it will be discussed on the call to see what´s the best duration according to your goals.

You will NOT be expected to follow a strict, boring meal plan. Instead, you'll learn how to achieve your goals using complete nutritional freedom.

Can I still drink wine on the weekends?

Yes but…it depends on how bad you want to achieve your goals. That will be discussed and adapted to your routine. Our Nutrition protocol will teach you how to enjoy the foods you love while still achieving your goals.
